the flowers looked nice and the delivery went smoothly, so no real complaints there. i just expected a bit more for what i paid. it wasn’t a bad experience, but it didn’t exactly feel like great value either. i’d probably order again if there was a discount or promo going on

I was disappointed because the bouquet I got looked nothing like the photo. It was just totally different from what I thought I was ordering, and that was a letdown.

I ordered flowers to arrive on a specific day, and they didnt show up until late, which kinda ruined the whole point. I tried checking the updates, but they weren’t very clear and I was left guessing. The flowers themselves were okay, but the delivery timing was really bad. I wouldn’t use them again for anything important tbh.

I really wanted to love this bouquet, but the flowers looked tired when they showed up. A few petals already had brown edges, and some of the stems seemed weak right out of the box. From across the room it looked okay, but up close the quality just wasn’t there. For what I paid, I expected them to last longer than two days. I kind of regret not checking the reviews first. Not the absolute worst, but I probably wouldn’t order again.

From what I remember when I opened the box, the flowers themselves looked really nice and fresh, so that part definitely made a good first impression. The box wasn’t damaged or anything, but the packaging felt a little plain and not quite as tidy as I was expecting.
Once I got everything out, the arrangement looked decent, but a few stems had shifted around during delivery and I had to adjust them myself. Thinking back, it wasn’t a bad experience overall, just not as polished or special as I hoped it would feel.

Flowers were fine. Support wasn’t. I emailed, waited, followed up twice, and still got a super short reply. Not great.
